So to start out let's ask a simple one. I got how to reply to threads but how do I start a new one? I've got an issue I'm sure you all can help with however I don't know how to create a new thred and yes I did look at the help and yet cannot find the button anywhere... what am I doing wrong?

Click Forum at the top of the screen
Select the forum that's most appropriate then click Post New Thread at the top of the list of threads
