New Pc Can't link dBase to

I've got a new Pc and have brought all my files over to it except for Access database that I had linked to a dBase file. The old system automatically connected to the .mdx file and was complete. The new wants that index file but whatever I try to do to point it there won't work. The old ran XP without ServicePack2 and the new pc has it so I don't know if that has anything to do with my problem.

Any advice would be appreciated.
