If you've got a shop with CCTV, then you have to pay around 40 quid fee per year.
If you've got a car or van, and it has a dash cam, and you use it for work, then you have to pay a Fee! I would suggest the acid test for this is if your insurance company considers your car use is pleasure + business, then I reckon you'd need to pay the fee.
Also handling personal data, you need to pay a fee.
