New to Access

I'm trying to add records to a table using a form. Some of the information is pulling from a table that is linked to another table to show existing data. The form will not allow me to add records.... help.

This is my table, I'd like my form to....
Load Make, model, etc. when Veh# is entered, and allow the Req# and Po# fields to be populated.
