For those that are unaware, there is a nice button hidden within the bowels of each Microsoft Office program which allows you to get comprehensive information about your computer system. In 2003 and prior you can go to HELP > ABOUT > SYSTEM INFO and get it. In 2007 you go to the Office Button > Access Options > About > SYSTEM INFO.
But, I created a little executable file that you can run if you want to get it quickly and without having to dig into the Office file. You can also use it if you, or someone you know, doesn't have Office installed.
You can download the file direct with this link from my website and it is on this page with my other tools. No installation is necessary. Just download and run and it will get you all (or almost all) of the information you might want about your system.
