I am trying to achieve that my manager can, from another workstation,
from a form, edit a query, then run it, and then print the associated report.
1. Is this possible using the Pages function of Access 2000?
or
2. do I need to purchase another licence and install Access onto the another workstation?
or
3. Is this not possible at all?

thanks very much in advance for your help.

You can run Access over a network. You can split the database (see help on how to do this) and place the 'backend' on the server and the 'frontend' on your managers machine and yours to if you want. Then he can access the data from his machine and so can you. If you are asking about Data Access Pages then that will work as well....

Thanks Jack.
Yes I did want to use Data Access Pages.
Sorry to be repetitious but I just want to confirm that I'll be able to edit a query, then run it, and then print the associated report from the Data Access Page.
(Its just that from what I've seen it looks limited to displaying query results and tables)

Do I need to learn some of that fancy code that you guys use to do this?

thx for your help.
