Normalization

Hi,

I am new to normalization and I am trying to work out this questions.

First one
MemberID MemberName SportID SportName CoachID CoachName
M123 White S12 Judo C02 Cassar
M123 White S14 Karate C09 Delia
M125 Borg S12 Judo C02 Cassar
M125 Borg S13 Boxing C08 Zammit


I got confused mostly in 2NF as SportName depends on SportID and CoachName depends on CoachID. But a coachID depends also on SportName am I wrong??

Is there a 3NF for this??

You need to know your data to answer this question. What is the purpose of this database? Answer that question, and then it will be easier to figure out how your data should be organized.
