Not so New to Access (1 Viewer)

I have used MS ACCESS for many years. However, I never realized how much I don't know.

I am considering taking a course to learn how to utilize the full capabilities of the program. Can anyone tell me if there are any online programs or good books to read? I will start going through those while I find a local class / program to take.
