I was wondering if you guys knew of a way by which highlighting a group of ID numbers in Access, could generate a letter for someone,
eg, say, i had 15 people that had yet been posted a reminder, is there a way in which I can set a macro up or something and using autotext that I can produce letters to send off to people?
