Notes Log Help!

Hey everyone,
I am trying to create a notes log so I will have one field for new notes and another field with the entire notes history on that issue. How would I go about doing this since I am relatively new to Access? Thank you

Make a seperate table for the notes and link it to your main table via the Primary key. This table will have a 1 to many relationship with the main table.

Is there a way that my old "notes" would be grayed out from being changed and have my new "notes" be placed underneath my old notes. I hope I was clear.
