Notify When Question Is Answer

Is it possible to get an e-mail when someone answers a submitted questions ?

Not sure what you mean.
You will get an email when someone replies to a subscribed thread.

If you turn on notifications you are notified ANY time a person responds to a thread you are involved in. This won't tell you if this is an answer or not because the forum software (and everyone besides you) has no idea if a given post actually answers your question or not.

That's the problem. I'm not getting any e-mails.

I had exactly the same problem for several weeks last May.
I contacted the site admin (vassago) & owner (jon) and it got solved.
Can't remember what they did to fix it.

I was so grateful I paid the Gold supporters subscription

If you have an alternative email address, try using that instead first
If that fails send both of the above a PM

Don't do what I tried first in desperation - create a new account - you won't get the notification email and so you will be locked out.

I did not a response from an Administrator, I'm asking the question again. How can I be notified when someone answers my question ? It use to work and I did not make any changes.

It may take a while but I expect Jon or Vassago will answer a PM at some point.
It won't help you, but it took several weeks before the issue was fixed for me & several others around this time last year. At least one moderator was also affected at that time

Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do directly to trigger the email notifications. However if you can install Tapatalk on your phone or computer, you may find that will send you notifications OK as it works by a different method

You will need to be patient and persistent because everyone here supplies their time for free and are not always immediately available.

not sure what you are asking, either go to UserCP as previously advised or in the advanced editor, look under additional options for thread subscription - see attachments

Thanks ! ! ! I viewed the images. My 'Edit Options' /Messaging & Modification' was not set to 'Instant email notification' as shown in 'attachment.php (663x75)'. I'll try this. Thanks again ! ! !
