I had exactly the same problem for several weeks last May.
I contacted the site admin (vassago) & owner (jon) and it got solved.
Can't remember what they did to fix it.
I was so grateful I paid the Gold supporters subscription
If you have an alternative email address, try using that instead first
If that fails send both of the above a PM
Don't do what I tried first in desperation - create a new account - you won't get the notification email and so you will be locked out.
