I have a report which produces a recipe depending on selections. This all works fine.

As the program runs the report it populates upto 15 text boxes with appropriate messages. However, if say only 7 text fields are required and they take up a full page the report prints a second page containing nothing. The text boxes are set to grow and shrink, I can't think of what else to do.

Is your detail section set to CanGrow and CanShrink? Also, if controls overlap then the
CanGrow/CanShrink don't always work properly.

Also do you have any horizontal lines on the report that are pushing it over onto the next page?

Detail is set to grow and shrink, there are no overlapping controls or horizontal lines.

It seems to me that if say 7 points take say 7/8 of a page then I don't get the second page, almost like the final 8 shrink to an unspecified height, which causes a page overrun.
