Number Field Format?

I am having problems with the format of one of the number fields in my Table it was originaly setup as currency format with Auto decimal places. This was working fine but I am now exporting some of the data into a Text file (after calculations etc) so this can be read in by another program. The problem I am having is that the field shows the current to more than 2 decimal points once you click in the actual field eg shows 12.134.

What I need to be able to do is to set this field to only 2 decimal places, the field doesn't have to stay as Currency and I have tried various combinations but everything I try still shows up as more than 2 decimal places even if i set them to 2.

I am most likely doing something stupid so if someone could point me in the right direction i would be grateful.

Sounds like a rounding problem in your calculations, also. Each time you calculate, it could cause a problem. Try this link
