Number of weeks in a month

Is there a way of calculating the number of weeks in a month!

Probably if you can tell us what your definition of a "week" is.

why not use integer division
eg int(NoOfDaysInMonth/7)

if there are 30 days then the result is 4

When is there less than or more than 4 whole weeks in a month
