Occasional Corrupt Message

Hi,

We are using a networked help desk database. It works fine most of the time and did so when I was in my previous department. However, I have now moved to another department and every so often, when trying to open it, a message occurs (see example). I have downloaded a piece of software to repair this problem but it is becoming really frequent now. I have split the database but still the problem exists.

Any ideas?

Sorry, forgot to include example

Create a new blank db and import everything from the old one into it. That usually fixes the problem.

I am having the same problem as yours. Did you tried Autoeng's suggestion? If yes, did it work?
