ODBC Linked and Imported Tables

When I want to link or import a table from ODBC I get the list of types however they are marked as unsharable. I have the latest version of jet v4 loaded and can have 2 instances of SQL server running,

How do I make these sharable/

I am running Windows XP prof + MS Office XP prof + MS Access 2000
