High Noon - No Runner

I'm sure I knew this song but I can't find anything about it. May be a mistake

Edit: I was sure it's the answer. But the more I search the less I find.
the only thing I can find is this:

I had no idea she's been a singer at all in 60s.
Don't feel bad about it. I have a friend who's 4 years older than me, lived here all his life and thought the same thing. He made a comment one time about when she started here career and didn't seem to believe me when I said she was around about 25 years sooner than he thought.

I actually met her (though "met" sounds a bit stronger than what really happened) in 1966 when Sonny and Cher toured the USA and had a stop in New Orleans. I was in the "stage backup band" that covered for all acts that didn't bring their own band (which was 80% of the acts, all vocalists.) At the cast party, they made rounds. Cher was a snarly little witch and Sonny was Mr. Happy-Friendly. This meeting was MAYBE 20 seconds long. "Hi, thanks, bye" type of thing. Their most recent big hit was "I Got You (Babe)".

Again - took me ages to do the last one... ;)

I'll tell you all now - I'm a Brit and have eclectic music taste. In my time I have seen Grace Jones, Lang Lang, David Bryne, Eric Clapton, Motorhead, been to the First Night Of The Proms and many others... So I might be a bit "off-piste" :p

What did you play?

I was/still am an organist. On stage, we had a Hammond L-series spinet. Back then it was a good instrument for stage shows. You couldn't do baroque with it very well because spinet organs have shorter keyboards, but that was no barrier for rock and blues and jazz settings.

Okay, having thought about it for a bit (2 minutes) how difficult/obscure should this get?

Let's get a WHERE clause into the specification :D

My initial take: I'm guessing it should have made the TOP 40 in a recognised market (Unfortunately for our very diverse members this means the UK or US charts- Sorry)
If it's not managed the above then a real "Classic"

WHERE MyTune = Classic or Top40Hit ?

I've got another question. Besides genre, how far back should we go? The stuff I listened to on my car radio was 1960s & 1970s (and when I played professionally, we reached back to the 1950s considering the age of our listening audience in the bars).

It probably should be general knowledge, they are pretty hard so far.
