I am trying to link to an Outlook folder to bring the data across into an Access table. At first I could not run the Link Exchange/Outlook Wizard using External Data, More and Outlook Folder - it just came up with the message "Object or class does not support the set of events". After scanning round the web I found a solution by running FixIt.

This then brought up the wizard and it asked for the Outlook Profile I wished to use. I have 3 Outlook Profiles and I chose the one that contains the folder I need. However the wizard displays the wrong profile and does not ask the "Which Profile" question when I run it again. It does list 3 Personal Folders for selection but all of them display the same Outlook Profile and it is not the one I want. Anyone any suggestions?

I have this same issue...what's FixIt?

Do you have the right references for Outlook in your Access DB? (You have to go through the VBA window to test that.) Since you are talking about multiple versions of Outlook for a single version of Access, you might have trouble. I would be careful to only have references to the one correct version of Outlook from my Access application, regardless of how many such libraries are on the system.

Hi Doc man

What should the references be????

I'm using Outlook 2007 and Access 2007.

Greg
