My firm wants to become "paperless" We want to incorporate all sent and recieved correspondence into our db. All recieved correspondence is scanned into each clients directory each morning. It is saved as an image file. I have a form with 3 relevent fields-date of correspondence, author and a third field for the image itself.I am not sure what is the best field to use for this image-an ole field? With correspondence we send, I'm confused. I;ve looked at different threads and code examples here for opening other programs. Is that what I want to do-Open the correspondence we send in Word? or do I want to open it as an image file as well? Any help will be appreciated.
