OLE server and Active X Controls

I apogize if this isn't the correct spot for this post. I have a program that was written in Access 2003 then went to 2007. For some reason on some users computers I can't utiilize the "Microsoft ListView Control version 6.0" My pc is fine but with others I get "There was a problem accessing a property or method of the OLE object". How do I go about fixing this issue as it's causing serious problems. We are all using Windows XP. I understand it has something to do with the OLE server but I'm a rookie trying to get this thing figured out so any help would certainly be wonnnnderful!
