Ole server isn't registered

I have a report that was created in XP. We have recently upgraded to 2003. On the report I have an image that was pasted on (unbound object). I want to delete it and put on a different image. However I can't - I get " The OLE server isn't registered. To register the OLE server, reinstall it." I tried following this http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;896865 but I still can't remove the image.

Well - I got it to work but I'm not sure why it worked. Here's what I did - I right clicked the image - choose Change To Image and I was able to delete it and paste a different image.
