on mouse move

i have and icon on my form.
when the mouse moves over the form i want the icon to change special effect to sunken.
when the mouse moves off i want the icon to change back to flat.

i can get the icon to sink with the 'on mouse move' property, but i don't know how to make it go back to flat when the mouse moves off.
