Report Name: Report (smart huh?)

Need help. Someone else made this report years ago. It works great for the old purpose. I need to sort this puppy one step further for more details.

I have a field [TEST_RESULTS] in the query. I want another line under the [TYPE] with the [TEST_RESULTS] sorted out based on the information above it in the gray bar.

So the first line would read:

DRUG tests that were FUP 10
-CANCELED - 2
-NEGATIVE - 5
-POSITIVE - 1
-REFUSAL - 2

Thank you for the reply and help so far, however the zipped file was the exact same. There is no report "aaaa" and the "Report" looks the exact same. Can you reupload the one you created? Thanks.
