One project, multiple employees - one query result.

What exactly does "I require all data to show on one row" mean??

Have you considered a report with sub report(s) or whatever? You may be constraining yourself more than you imagine.

I have considered reports, in fact those would make my life a whole lot easier. Unfortunately I am working with external departments who want the data I collect to be sent on to them using their word templates. Aside from copy and pasting into tables on the word documents the only way I can do this is to use the mail merge feature, replacing bookmarks within word documents with fields from a single query line.

As far as I am aware to export to a word document using the mail merge feature data must come from one record, hence requiring all results as one record within the query as I tried to demonstrate with the previous image.

Looks like I have a lot to think about with regards to my deisgn, hopefully with a bit of persuasion the individuals will budge and accept data presented in another format, however this will not be easy!

Again, thank you for taking the time to respond. I'll be sure to update you if I make any progress.
