One Report format - output and save many report pdf's

I have a database that contains a number of stores. For each store I have rows of data assoicated with the store. At the end of each month i need to send each store a pdf of their informmation.
I have no issues with creating the pdf - My goal is to create one report format and have it output and save seperate pdf for each row of data. I dont want to have to manually create a report for each store as I have over 300 stores.
Example:
Johns Sporting Goods store:
Date Units Sold Units Ordered Units Returned
1/1/09 100 130 3
12/1/09 99 120 0
3/1/09 80 100 6
4/1/09 80 100 6
5/1/09 70 100 4


save that report then Force a new report output for the next Store/customer

Chucks Outdoors:
Date Units Sold Units Ordered Units Returned
1/1/09 100 130 3
12/1/09 99 120 0
3/1/09 80 100 6
4/1/09 80 100 6
5/1/09 70 100 4


Any thoughts?

Just an idea but I suppose you could use grouping by the store ID in the report to "force a new report for each store" this would create one long report with all your stores in. and use between dates to limit the information in the query. Still with 300 stores going to take a while to shunt through the PDF creation....

If you're familiar with vb you could create a recordset of stores with entries for the month and then iterate through the recordset and call the report, changing the report
criteria to each store as you get to it. I don't know how well this would work with the pdf creation process though. It may very well bog down with that many reports.

this sounds promising - i am very limited in vb what would i need to research in order to do this?

Not as yet the only thing I can think of is creating a code that loops through the records in your query and outputs a PDF for each however this will (depending on the amount of data in is row) probably cause heavy memory usage. I will have a try over the next few days but there are others here with far better VBA skills who may come up with a more elegant solution.
