One to Many

I am creating a database to track variances. Field 1 - Events and Field 2 -Event Tpyes. I want to be able to choose an Event in Field 1, then based on that choice, I want to have a list of options for Event Type. The list of Event Types will change depending on the Event choosen. Can someone hel with this?
