I have a linked table ( to a DB from Best SW) that looks like below:
RMA# DAte Item SN code Misc
9016877 3/28/2005 TS9000+/433 TSS02351 C001
9016877 3/28/2005 TS9000+/433 TSS02351 RP190 comment1

I have a make table query that leaves me with the lines that have RP* codes.

I want a query for a report that only shows me the first line with an RP* code.

In my table there will be multiple RMA#'s in this situation, I only want to see 1 RP* code line for each RMA#. I can show all but not just the first one.
I hope that makes sense?
Kevin
