Open form in ADD or EDIT mode

First off, I’m not a programmer so please bear with me. I have a database with a STARTUP form that has two command buttons (NEW & VIEW), which run macros. Each macro opens a form, one in ADD mode, the other in EDIT. The two forms are basically identical except the EDIT form has a PRINT button on it. I’d like to have the startup form buttons to open the same form - only one in EDIT mode the other in ADD. When opening in ADD mode, the PRINT button would not display.

This is no biggie as it’s working fine now. Just thought it would be cleaner without two separate macros and forms. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
