Open form to specific record using List Items Edit Form

Hi again,

I have two combo boxes - cboSubName and cboSite

When I select the SubName from cboSubName, the combo box cboSite refreshes to list the jobs on which that particular sub is working. I want to be able to add a new job to that sub-contractor by using the List Items Edit Form and having it open the form frmSubContractors on the record for the specific person.

Can someone help me with this?
