Open Form with blank fields

When I open a form in Access 2003 to add new data…how do I open the form:
1) With a blank form...all fields are empty.
2) I also want to block and previous data to prevent employees from seeing other employees info.

Any help would be great.

Set the forms 'data entry' option to yes.

Note that when using DataEntry set to Yes, all records entered during that session will be viewable, so that you'll need to be sure that the form is closed between employees.

Ok I have the form as a sub form…I opened the form separate from the main form and it works…any ideas to make it work as a sub form?

I got it to work…for some reason I had to delete the sub form off the main form and the re-insert it. Thanks for all your help
