Hi

I have a form that displays details of students (StudentRec). I have a search button on that form. which bring up an unbound form (searchFrm) . I have placed two different text boxes on this form.

Name

Number

I want a user to be able to type in a name or Number in these text boxes press OK and the form (SearchFrm) closes and the form (StudentRec opens again with the record that was entered in to the text boxes

Any help please
