open report by combobox value

Hi all.
I would like to create simple form with combobox. When user select value in combobox he will run preview report accorting that value. For instance, combobox has list of employee names and when name is selected user can display report filtered according name. If it possible how to do that?

if your report is based on a query, in your query criteria you would put

forms!yourformname.[yourcomboboxname]
