Open the MS Access database in outlook

Hi

I created a databse file and security file in the sharing drive (E: drive). I want to send the e-mail to other members vis Outlook which the mail contains the link, "E:/db1.mdb", to open the the MS Access database file with security.

I tried to create the mail from Access to outlook, and the body place this
"<A HREF='C:\Microsoft Office XP\Office10\MSACCESS.EXE' E:\db1.mdb /WRKGRP "E:\Secured.mdw" >db1 database</A>"

But, it doesn't work.
Can we use the link to open database file in the outlook?
