Open to Suggestions

hello all,

I recently combined 3 databases into 1. Now I am trying to get rid of the duplicates of forms so when you click on the business from the main switchboard it takes you to a sub switchboard to view or create invoices. My question is how or what kind of query (if its what I need) do I use so when they click on one company they will only see that companies invoices and maintenance orders? Sorry if I did not word that correctly, does anyone have any suggestions?

In the click event where you are opening a form or report, add the WHERE argument to the OpenForm or OpenReport Method which will allow you to pass in criteria that will limit the data shown by the object you are opening.

Do i do that on the sub switchboard? Or on the form they are trying to open from the sub switchboard?
