Opening a form with a varying record number

I have a table "Orders" linked to two forms, "Summary" and "Complete". I want to be able to click on a button from Summary and have it open the same record in the Complete form.
I have 'Access 2007; The Missing Manual' but all it tells how to do is open a predefined record.
