Opening a new form with filters

Hey guys!! Real simple question, just can't find my answer anywhere.

Form A has a button that opens Form B with filters (that the property is active and that there's a company name). I want it to sort the records in Form B alphabetically.

DoCmd.OpenForm stDocName, acNormal, , "[PropertyActive]=True and [Company]>''"

Can't figure out what's next

If the source of form B is a sorted query, it should be in order. Alternatively, you should be able to set the Order By property.

I can't figure out where / how to stick Orderby in... Sorry for my lack of independence and thank you for your help.

It is a property of the form. If you're not sure how to set that property, with the cursor in that line hit F1 and you should get context sensitive help on it.
