Opening multiple folders from a form

Good Morning All,

I am a little stumped here. I have a Form that fills the entire screen. On that Form I have a couple of buttons that open folders on our network drive that our folks can use for reference material. If an employee opens multiple folders, I would like for them to be on top of the Access Form.

I have attached a screen shot of the properties of the Form.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
