Optimize Mail Merge with MS Access (1 Viewer)

Currently there is a MS Word application that runs a MS Access query to generate data for the Mail Merge with a document.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to how this process can be optimized? Specifically, looking to reduce the amount of time required to produce letters (best practices).

check the super easy word - in the samples

in essense this uses a table and a form and then uses a clever word merge function (no code required - import 2 forms and two modules ) then you open up the word option from within the form
and use .dots to set up merge docs


find my notes on this as well - as the proper notes are a little vague (good but vague)
