However I really wonder about the basis of your loan calculations. You are charging interest on the entire principal throughout the loan. Typically interest is charged only on the outstanding amount.

Principal Amount * interest rate * term(in months) = total interest

Principal Amount + total interest = Actual return

Actual return / total number of days = daily amortization
 
I didn't have problem seeing how you calculated the interest.

It is just plain wrong to charge interest on the full principal all the way to the end of the loan. Once someone has made payments the interest is normally calculated on the outstanding balance.
