Option Group ! Please help

Dear all there,

Is there any way to select another textbox by click one of two options.

I am working on a personal database. A option group has been created in order to identify whether staffs stay in their own resident or in a rented house. Now if I click at a default option it allows me to write something in a texbox other than that it greys out.
