Win XP
I upgraded from Office 2003 (Outlook 2003) to Office 2010 (Outlook 2010). I went from a local PST file, to using Google mail. When O2010 starts, it asks for a profile name, and it shows my proper Google account. Under the Options button, there is one checkbox that says "Set this profile as default" which I check. I can then click OK to start Outlook 2010.
However, the profile is never saved and I always get this login box each time I start O2010 (which is every day). Why does Outlook never save my default profile so I can skip this profile screen? How do I fix this? Is there an update for this?
Thanks.
