Hi there.

Need an advice regarding those two products.

Is it possible to "link" OutLook to the data from Access?

It's and attemp to maintain only ONE database with customers but use the calender of OutLook to book meeting, apointments etc.

I know how to make an import but I would love a solution which was more "online" so I don't have to make a new import every time there has been a change in the database of clients.

Thanks in advance.

I don't know (and don't believe that there is) a way to link the Outlook calander function to Access but you can link your Outlook Address Book to Access by selecting File - Get External Data - Link Tables and select Outlook() in Files of type box. This will eliminate the need to costantly import the information.

Address-book

Hi Autoeng.

Of course, yes it was something like that I'm looking for. Guess once I got the client in the address-book I can use the other resources like calender etc with this client. Anyway - it's worth a try.

Thanks a lot - by the way - you up pritty early today, no? :)

Or are you up pretty late. Guess it depends on which side of the world you're on. Actually it is 8:30 am here in the USA in Kentucky.

Good luck with your project

Ciao! (is that right for Spain?)
