Hello, I wonder if anyone could help me or suggest a way to do this. I have a large database with information on each employee in my company. This contains information on training, desks equipment, securty access etc.
My question is in each table there are various expirary dates. I have created a simple popup box which comes up when the switchboard is launched, when there is a week until expiry. I am looking to have this create an appointment in a shared outlook calendar. What is the simplist way to do this if possible? I would like it to be automated so that certain fields are automatically added to the calendar dependant on if there is a date entered.
