Merry Christmas to everyone.
I'd like to generate emails from my Access db, based on a series of about 20 signatures that I have set-up within Outlook.
These standard emails are sent to chase up quotes, sending invoices etc.
Is there a way to create an email from within Access 2003, based upon a signature that is saved in Outlook or is there a way of doing this in Outlook 2003 that would better suit Access integration?
The signatures are typically as below;

Dear
Thank you for choosing us for your XXXXXJOBDESCRECRIPTIONXXXXX as proposal XXXXXPROPOSALREFXXXXX.
We are available to commence works on XXXXXSTARTDATEXXXXX if convenient. I enclose our deposit invoice to book the work. If this date is not convenient, please let me know when would be more suitable.
Thank you once again for your custom. I look forward to hearing from you.
