Output crystal report to CSV (1 Viewer)

I am trying to output a crystal report to CSV file. I have a page header and then detail lines. The CSV file is showing that the first line has the correct header details, but then on the same line is showing the first record (detail). All the lines below that are correct. How do I force a 'return' to be made after the last field of the page header is created - so that all the detail lines are below?

Can't you click on the header and Insert Section Below to split it into Header Part A and Header Part B?
