output query results to notepad

is it possible to automatically output the results of a query to notepad?

i need to format the display quite a lot however, because these details are going to be sent via sms.

how would i got about formatting the display.. i assume it would be done in the form button.

for example. the display looks like this at the moment..

| Date | Time | Vehicle | Price |

date time etc..



I dont want all of these little lines, i just want it like this..

Date: date
Time: time

Price: price

also i want to do things like.. If MGfield = 1 then display 'PARKING' else display 'SOMETHING ELSE' .. etc

so basically i need to completely format the display.. any suggestions on how to start going about this..
