P&l OR BAL SHEET

Hi Guys,

Has anyone got a sample p&l or balance sheet database set up or please tell me how to build one up. Any suggestion would be much appreciated.

you need a structured general ledger/nominal ledger, designed so that NL code subtiotals produce the figures you want

then you need to understand how to produce a report in access

alternatively use the subtotalling already discussed to generate a csv - and use that to support a pre-designed excel template.
