hi, ive created a log on form which is based on a table i have with three users and their passwords. on the form i also have ok and cancel buttons. When the user chooses his name from the drop down list and types their password into the form and clicks ok i want it to check with the table to see it matches before allowing them to continue to the main menu. also depending on who is logged in i want some off the buttons to be disabled. So does anyone know how i do this? im guessing you have to use code but if you do can you tell me what i need to do in detail because i dont have a clue how to use the coding?? any help much appreiciated.
