passwording a command button

ive had a play around with user permissions in access and cant get it to work so i was wondering if it was possible to make a user enter a password when entering a command button? as my command buttons open forms for data entry etc.

it is a library system and there is the manager and assistant manager that i would want to have admin access but i dont want the regular workers to be able to open certain forms.

i have no knowledge of VBA but if anyone could help thatd be great
